Can I Pick up my orders?
Yes. Pickups are offered to shoppers in the Vancouver area. At checkout, enter your shipping address and select "Local pickup" as the shipping method. an email will be sent to you once your order has been processed to set up a time for pick up.

Which areas do you ship to?
We ship throughout North America and welcome international orders. *Some restrictions may apply.

Can I Track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number on canada & Us packages. You can track your package by clicking on the number or enter the number on carrier's website. Tracking is not available for orders outside Canada and the US, a reference number will be provided.

How are charges calculated?
Our shipping and handling charge is compensation for costs related to processing your order, including the handling, packaging and delivery of the products you have purchased. Shipping cost is based on a product's weight and delivery destination.

How long will my order take?
All in-stock orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, and are shipped the next business day. Refer to Shipping Method for shipping time.

How do I return merchandise for refund?

Simply e-mail us, and one of our representatives will provide assistance. If we have sent you a product in error, you can keep it and we will send you the correct one.
